Returns, Shipping & Tax

Read the policy below before you check out. Body armor is a controlled product; returns are not automatic and require an RMA number.

Shipping

  • All orders ship directly from our facility in Missouri City, Texas.
  • Shipping rates are calculated by Shopify at checkout based on your address, package weight, and selected carrier.
  • We do not offer free shipping unless a specific promotion is active and displayed at checkout.
  • Body armor is shipped with adult-signature requirements and may require professional or government credentials for delivery.

Taxes

  • Sales tax is calculated automatically by Shopify based on your delivery address and our tax nexus obligations.
  • If you are a tax-exempt agency or department, contact us at sales@stealtharmorsystems.com before placing your order so we can set up tax-exempt checkout.
  • International orders may be subject to import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees charged by the destination country.

Return Policy

No returns on ceramic-based rifle armor.

Ceramic-based rifle armor plates and systems cannot be returned once sold. This includes all Level III, Level III+, Level IV, RF2, RF3, and ICW rifle-rated hard plates and flexible ceramic armor systems.

Authorized returns: If we have made an error in your order — wrong item, wrong size, or defective product — we will correct it at our expense. Contact us immediately at sales@stealtharmorsystems.com or 346-212-6318.

Restocking fee: For all other authorized returns, a 20% restocking charge will be deducted from your refund.

Return shipping: We do not cover return shipping costs. The customer is responsible for safely packing and insuring the return shipment.

RMA required: You must obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number from us before sending anything back. We cannot accept unauthorized returns, and packages without a valid RMA will be refused or returned to sender.

To request an RMA or report an order error, email sales@stealtharmorsystems.com with your order number, the item(s) you want to return, and the reason for the return. We will reply with RMA instructions and the return address.
